To establish a strong and compliant reporting platform for this and future years while meeting reporting best practice.
Approach
We began by focusing on objectives, target audience and key messages to plan the project. This helped us to outline the structure and content for each section of the annual report. We held a series of interviews with the senior management to develop the initial text concept of the report. While refining of text to ensure the accuracy, clarity and consistency of style, our consultants advised on how to achieve best practice in disclosures and to comply with Russian annual reporting requirements and standards.
